1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Conditions for Return

Please ensure your item adheres to these conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • Product Condition: Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Complete Packaging: All original components, accessories, and promotional items included with the purchase must be returned.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and digital downloads. Gift cards are also non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, some intimate or sanitary goods may also be non-returnable if opened or used. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send your item back before receiving these instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, especially if a return label is provided by us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Moore Zinna may be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including original shipping costs if applicable.
