Free Shipping

3. International Shipping
Miralux is proud to offer international shipping to a selection of countries. Currently, we ship to the United States (US) and countries within the European Union (EU).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Miralux is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly.
